Functional Resistance Training
Adding resistance to common movement patterns helps to create better muscular balance and joint stability, which in turn result in fewer injuries and increased performance.  Let's be honest; curling a ten pound dumbbell has little or nothing to do with real world 'functional' strength. Working from the core musculature outward, we will integrate a variety of movements using everything from kettlebells to cable systems, making you strong and balanced without unnecessary bulk or loss of range of motion.
